1. How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
International orders usually take 14–31 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to view your delivery status.
You can also check your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.
3. How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 7–14 business days before shipment. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, contact us at simplylimitlessfit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or in the wrong size or color. Please reach out to us via email for exchange instructions.
6. What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at simplylimitlessfit@gmail.com. While we’re not responsible for carrier delays, we’ll do our best to assist and help resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipping carrier and let us know immediately so we can support your claim.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. International delivery takes 14–31 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, email us at simplylimitlessfit@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has shipped, we can no longer make changes.
